In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”) and other applicable regulations governing this matter, PRODUCTOS SANE DE CHAPALA, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “PRODUCTOS SANE”), with address at Carretera Chapala – Guadalajara KM 1.5, Colonia Centro, Chapala, Jalisco, C.P. 45900, Mexico, and committed to ensuring privacy, integrity, confidentiality, and the right to informational self-determination, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data you provide, under the terms specified herein and in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, data quality, purpose, fairness, proportionality, and accountability.
The personal data you provide to PRODUCTOS SANE, whether through our website, email, in writing, and/or by telephone, shall be protected.
The data we may obtain through these means includes: (i) identification and contact information: your name, address, telephone number, email address, place and date of birth, gender, marital status, age, military service card number (if applicable), immigration status/documentation (if applicable); (ii) financial and/or asset-related information: Federal Taxpayer Registration Number (RFC), IMSS affiliation number, socioeconomic information, compensation, information regarding ownership of securities and/or benefits, information for payroll and other benefit payments, Unique Population Registration Code (CURP), as well as other information of the same nature and exclusively within this category; (iii) employment information: previous employment history, compensation and payroll information, salary or base pay, eligibility for bonuses, benefits, stock option details and other awards, salary reviews, and performance evaluations; and (iv) third-party information: identification of relatives and contact information required for the administration of beneficiaries, relatives, and economic dependents, as well as (v) contact information necessary to identify and contact certain individuals in the event of an emergency, including ascendants, economic dependents, ages, names, and occupations of children (if applicable).
Likewise, we may request sensitive personal data, such as health status, medical information, as well as biometric data consisting of facial images, fingerprints, and digital handwritten signatures; medical information necessary for the performance of work-related activities; health/medical, psychological, and toxicological information; voice and video recordings; results of knowledge examinations, values and honesty assessments, and psychometric tests, for the purpose of obtaining information to evaluate your potential employment and continued employment with the company.
In the event that sensitive, financial, and/or asset-related data is provided, by signing this Privacy Notice you expressly consent to the processing of such sensitive, financial, and/or asset-related data.
The personal data you provide to us, in accordance with the Law, shall be stored in confidential databases with limited access. We undertake to ensure that such data is processed under the strictest security measures to guarantee its confidentiality.
The information provided as personal data (including sensitive, financial, and/or asset-related data) shall be used for the recruitment, evaluation, and development of personnel, including: (i) addressing, verifying, confirming, and validating the identity of the Data Subject, as well as that of the references provided; (ii) evaluating and analyzing the Data Subject’s profile, which may include psychological, psychometric, honesty, and trustworthiness assessments, among others, in order to determine whether the individual possesses the necessary qualifications to fill a vacant position within PRODUCTOS SANE’s workforce; (iii) requesting personal or employment references from Data Subjects; (iv) creating and updating Data Subject files; (v) registering the Data Subject on digital platforms that provide complementary services; (vi) updating, storing, and administering the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data of Data Subjects; (vii) complying with the provisions of individual or collective employment agreements, as applicable; (viii) responding to requests issued by any competent authority; (ix) preparing analyses and statistics for internal use; (xi) granting access to our facilities and preventing potential risks within them; (xii) complying with obligations arising from the legal relationship between “PRODUCTOS SANE” and you; (xii) administering payments and benefits; (xiii) monitoring compliance with relevant internal policies; (xiv) managing occupational health and safety; and (xv) complying with labor and employment regulations and statutes.
For security purposes, PRODUCTOS SANE may record images and audio within its facilities. Such video and audio recordings shall only be used for security purposes and shall be processed in accordance with this Privacy Notice. Video recordings shall not be transferred unless required by a competent authority.
All individuals who have provided their personal data (including sensitive, financial, and/or asset-related data) shall have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection (“ARCO Rights”) established under the Law and other applicable regulations governing this matter. This means that you have the right to access your personal data and information regarding the processing thereof, as well as to request its rectification if it is inaccurate, or instruct us to cancel it when you consider that such data is excessive or unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the exceptions established under Article 25 of the Law, or to object to the processing of such data for specific purposes.

Requests for access, rectification, cancellation, or objection, or for the revocation of consent, must, pursuant to Article 28 of the Law, include your full name and complete address or, where applicable, the information of your legal representative. The request must also specify the means by which you wish to receive notifications and clearly identify the personal data to which you are requesting access, rectification, cancellation, or objection, indicating the reasons why you wish to access your personal data or the reasons why your data should be rectified or cancelled.
The request must be accompanied by official identification to verify your identity and, if submitted by a legal representative, documentation evidencing such legal representation. In accordance with Article 32 of the Law, the department responsible for your personal data shall have a period of 20 business days from receipt of the request to respond. This period may be extended for an additional period of equal duration, with the reasons for such extension being communicated through the means you have designated for such purposes.
In certain cases, PRODUCTOS SANE may share your information (including sensitive, financial, and/or asset-related information) with its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and/or parent companies, as well as third parties, agents, contractors, or partners, when they provide services to or directly with PRODUCTOS SANE, or for the purpose of forwarding résumés to third parties for employment opportunities. Such affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and/or parent companies, third parties, agents, contractors, or partners are restricted from using your personal information for any purpose other than those mentioned above.
Likewise, PRODUCTOS SANE may transfer your information to personnel recruitment consulting firms, solely for the purpose of conducting socioeconomic studies on prospective employees.
PRODUCTOS SANE may also transfer your information to insurance companies for the purpose of obtaining insurance coverage for its employees. It may also transfer your information to banking institutions for the purpose of opening a bank account for the deposit of your payroll.
We undertake not to transfer your information to third parties other than those indicated above without your consent, except for the exceptions provided under Article 36 of the Law.
PRODUCTOS SANE shall refrain from selling, leasing, or renting the personal data (including sensitive, financial, and/or asset-related data) that you provide to us.
PRODUCTOS SANE reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time. In the event of any modification to the Privacy Notice, such changes shall be communicated through our website.
By signing this Privacy Notice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the conditions established herein and expressly consent to the processing of the personal data described in the preceding paragraphs, specifically with respect to your sensitive, financial, and/or asset-related personal data and the transfer of your personal data (including sensitive, financial, and/or asset-related data) to third parties.
