PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY NOTICE

In compliance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (LFPDPPP), Productos Sane de Chapala S.A. de C.V., together with its affiliated companies, inform you of the conditions for the treatment of information and personal data, as well as the terms and conditions of the way in which you may have access to this information.

The Holder of the Personal Data authorizes Productos Sane de Chapala S.A. de C.V. to treat, use, store and/or transfer your personal data to affiliated companies of the group and/or national or foreign third parties related to the purposes stated herein and to disclose the personal information you provide us, in order to comply with the applicable legislation or by requirements of the competent authority.

Data Protection:

Productos Sane de Chapala S.A. de C.V. has the physical, digital and electronic means to protect and limit the use or disclosure of the data and does not use the information of individuals for purposes other than those related to its commercial operations and/or those mentioned above.

Modifications:

Productos Sane de Chapala S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice. Any modification made in the future to the terms of the Privacy Notice will be available and by not submitting any opposition within 5 days after the modification, it will be understood that you consent to the changes made.

Consent:

By providing personal information physically, electronically or by any other means, you declare that you have read this privacy notice and understand the scope and content of the same, by not expressing any opposition in writing to Productos Sane de Chapala S.A. de C.V., you express your full agreement with the terms and conditions contained herein.

If you do not agree with the terms outlined in this notice, do not enter your data for any of the options offered by our company.
